学会表达自己的诉求对于小孩子来说还挺难的，所以3岁开始，就注重引导她学会说出自己的诉求。我闺女有点小矫情，想要什么也不说，没满足就是哭。等她哭完，就引导她说出自己的诉求，也告诉她应该怎么表达。
